Procurement of new app for Bon Fide

Procurement of new app for Bon Fide

Summary

This tender seeks proposals for the building of an app for the Bona Fide matching nano influencers with brands to streamline the process so it can be run as a subscription based service.  The project serves to build on the core skillset and experience to be able to grow the business significantly throughout the UK and beyond.

We anticipate the build starting in October 25 with an expected completion of December/January.

About Campus Industries

Our core business is as a student marketing agency.  We have been operating for 15 years, initially mainly in the event space and running brand ambassador programmes for companies that want to communicate or sell to students.  We operate from our Leeds HQ nationwide for clients that include Virgin Media, Diageo, Superdrug and The Economist.  Our website is www.campusindustries.co.uk

The BonaFide project is designed to future proof our business and allow us to significantly grow market share with a cutting edge, innovate technology that builds on our past success and reputation.

The Project

The project BonaFide (BF) will provide the technology and infrastructure for us to locate and manage at volume and expand beyond just the student space so we can run campaigns across multiple market sectors as well as in overseas markets, that are unreachable with our current setup.

Essentially BF works as a matching system to connect brands with relevant nano influencers.  To do this we collect as much information about the influencers as possible (hobbies, interests, location, education levels, follower details etc.) so we can match them with the most relevant clients.

BF will be a significant improvement on its current iteration and have two levels of access, a subscription based self-service SAAS model that allows small business access to build their brief (taking advantage of AI systems to help build the perfect brief) and then access an agreed amount of interested influencers as well as a premium service which we will offer to agencies and bigger brands where we will use our team to manage the campaign process on their behalf.

Methodology

We expect suppliers to outline the best delivery methodology that includes:
