Full Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or Promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. By entering this Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Prize Draw competition form part of these terms and conditions.

  1. This Promotion is open to UK Virgin Media registered 3rd party accounts sales staff aged 18 or over only. The Promotion is also open to Campus Industries employed field teams and selected Campus Industries head office employees.

  1. With the exception of the persons mentioned in clause 1, employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses), its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

  1. No purchase necessary; however, internet access is required.

  1. Promotion Period: Meet the Qualifying Criteria during the relevant Prize Draw Period to be automatically entered into the relevant prize draw.

  1. To Enter: Each participant who successfully registers their details for the Promotion via the website will be entered for the relevant Prize Draw Period (“Qualifying Criteria”) and will automatically be entered into the remaining Prize Draw Periods stated. For example, if a participant has registered their details during the Weekly Prize Draw 3 Period, they will be entered into the Weekly Prize Draw 3, 4, and 5.

  1. Participants will be restricted to winning a maximum of one Prize throughout the total duration of Prize Draw Period.

  1. Fully completed entries must be received no later than 23:59 (GMT) on each Tuesday of the campaign period and no later than the 1st July 23:59 2024 (the “End Date”). Entries received after the relevant Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry.

  1. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period and entrants may not enter on behalf of another person, group company or syndicate. Entrants must use their legal name.

  1. The Prizes:


Bi-Weekly Prize Draws: Each winner of 1 of the Bi-Weekly Prize Draws will be rewarded with a voucher to the value of £250.

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prizes is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any part of a stated prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

  1. Winner Selection: 

Bi-Weekly Prize Draws: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during each relevant Bi-Weekly Prize Draw Period. The prize draws will be conducted within 5 working days of the end of relevant Weekly Prize Draw Period.

  1. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 7 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

  1. Prize Acceptance: The Prize shall be delivered within 21 days of the winner’s confirmed receipt of the Promoter’s email, and the Prize shall be emailed to the winner’s registered email address.

In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 21 days, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by

emailing  In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

  1. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming a prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including, but not limited, to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 30 days); to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements. Or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

  1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

  1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  1. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner.

  1. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of the Promotion. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during winner notification. Provided no objection has been received, the surname and county of the winners will be available by writing to Campus Industries Prize Draw VM2024LG, Campus Industries, 30-34 Aire Street, Leeds LS1 4HT, United Kingdom within 3 months of end of the Promotion Period enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

  1. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

  1. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  1. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  1. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

  1. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

  1. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.

  1. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the participants’ positive consent has been obtained. Participants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at:

  1. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  1. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any Promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
