University: Imperial College London
Course: Civil Engineering
Tell us a joke…
Heres a nerdy one (living up to the Imperial reputation):
An infinite crowd of mathematicians enters a bar.
The first one orders a pint, the second one a half pint, the third one a quarter pint…
“I understand”, says the bartender – and pours two pints.
Favourite part of being a student?
Although this is a cliché, I like the freedom, I like the people and I like London 😀 I think, even though I’m in my first year, that I’ve met friends I’ll definitely keep for life.
Why did you choose your uni?
There were two main reasons, being that the university is academically pretty awesome (and yes, I’m a nerd), and that it’s in London. I’m a city guy and there’s always something happening here; it’s always alive. London’s definitely my kind of place.
What’s the best campaign you’ve worked on with Campus Industries?
So far it’s not just one campaign, but working with Campus Mags as a whole which I have enjoyed greatly, even though I’ve only been with Campus Mags for a few months.
Favourite part of working for Campus Industries?
The fact that we have a task yet get given time to do it at our own pace. I know I can get things done, but not constantly having the pressure to finish something ASAP makes me work more efficiently which is beneficial for all parties involved. It’s the perfect working conditions!
What are your future dreams and aspirations?
Although it’s a bit too early to decide, I can see myself working all over the world, taking jobs from place to place and making my mark 😉 I think that’s also what I like about my course. I’ll just have to see where my career takes me.
